Before purchasing, it is necessary to clarify the two core parameters of the project laying scene and the number of threads. Conventional low-voltage cables with a diameter of 75-110mm can be selected for less than 3 low-voltage cables, and high-voltage cables with a diameter of 160mm and above are recommended for more than 3 10KV high-voltage cables. Thickened high-ring stiffness pipes should be preferred for road-crossing pre-embedding scenarios. During acceptance, it is necessary to confirm that the pipe wall is smooth and free of bubbles, the incision is flat and free of burrs, and it meets the national unified production standards.

Construction adaptation precautions

CPVC power pipes of different diameters need to be matched with pipe fittings of corresponding specifications. Diameters of 110mm and below can be connected by socket method. During construction, special adhesives need to be applied at the interface to ensure sealing; hot melt connections are recommended for diameters of 160mm and above to avoid mud leakage and water leakage at the interface. Before construction, the debris in the pipe needs to be cleaned up, and it is strictly forbidden to forcibly bend the pipe. The bending scene needs to be used with a special elbow of the corresponding diameter.
