Adapt to core standard requirements

When selecting the type, it is necessary to match the line voltage level. Pipes with a wall thickness of 3mm and above can be selected for low-voltage lines of 10kV and below, and thickened models with a wall thickness of 5mm and above should be selected for 35kV medium-voltage lines. In special geological areas such as hills and paddy fields, products with an impact strength of ≥2kJ/m2 are preferred to avoid cracking during transportation and burial. Socket structures are preferred for interfaces to reduce the difficulty of on-site construction and sealing.

Field construction adaptation code

Before laying, it is necessary to clean the sharp gravel in the trench, and lay 10cm thick fine sand at the bottom as a cushion to avoid the pipe being scratched by hard objects; when installing the interface, it is necessary to clean the pipe mouth stains, apply lubricant evenly and insert the sealing ring. After finishing the sealing test, follow-up laying is carried out; special elbow pipe fittings are required at the turn, and it is forbidden to forcibly bend the pipe. When backfilling, it is layered and tamped to avoid the displacement and deformation of the pipe.

CPVC power pipe has excellent insulation performance, which can effectively avoid the hidden danger of leakage in humid underground environments. It has outstanding acid and alkali corrosion resistance and is suitable for the use scenarios of acidic soil and high groundwater level in some parts of Hubei Province. Its service life can reach 50 years. It weighs only 1/5 of the same specification steel pipe and is easy to install, which can greatly shorten the construction period of overhead line remediation and reduce the comprehensive cost.
