New construction of county industrial park, construction of pre-embedded line in CPVC power pipe supporting factory area

During the construction of the county industrial park, the construction of the pre-embedded line of the power system is the core link to ensure the subsequent production and operation of the park. CPVC power pipe has become an ideal choice for supporting construction due to its excellent insulation, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.

After the pipeline is laid, backfill operation is carried out. First use fine soil to cover the top 30 cm of the pipeline, and then backfill and tamper in layers to avoid the use of stones and other sharp objects to damage the pipe. After backfill, quality inspection is required. Check whether the inside of the pipeline is smooth through the ball test, and check the insulation performance to ensure that it meets the electric power construction specifications.

During the construction process, attention should be paid to the protection of trench drainage during the rainy season to prevent water from soaking the pipeline; during the winter construction, attention should be paid to the use temperature of the adhesive to avoid affecting the bonding effect of the interface due to low temperature. Only by strictly following the construction standards throughout the process can we build a stable and safe power pre-embedded line system for the county industrial park and provide a reliable guarantee for the long-term development of the park enterprises.
